Local Special Interest Groups and Associations |
- WSA QA Special Interest Group Seeks to engage members of the high-tech community in discussions on the evolving challenges of software quality assurance and look at ways to advance the leading methodologies and best practices. The QA SIG meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each odd-numbered month.
- Washington Software Alliance Parent Organization of the WSA QA Special interest group. Hosts a variety of technology SIGS, meetings and events throughout the year.
- SASQAG The Seattle Area Software Quality Assurance Group features monthly meetings, job board, and a richly diversified site with excellent QA resources.
- ASQ, Seattle Chapter Source for information on development, promotion and application of quality strategies and techniques. Includes newsletter, events, membership meetings
- Pacific Northwest Software Quality Conference The Mission of the Pacific Northwest Software Quality Conference is to increase awareness of the importance of software quality. As a non-profit corporation, it seeks to promote software quality by providing education and opportunities for information exchange within the software community. - Mercury Interactive Seattle Area User Group Mercury Interactive Local User Group (LUG) meetings provide a forum where you can share knowledge, experiences, and advice with fellow users, as well as join technical discussions with guest speakers from the Mercury Interactive staff, the user community, and partner organizations.

- Quality Assurance Institute QAI is an international organization consisting of member companies in search of effective methods for detection-software quality control and prevention-software quality assurance. - Society for Software Quality The Society for Software Quality promotes increased knowledge and interest in the technology associated with the development and maintenance of quality software. Its charter is to advance the arts, sciences, and technologies of quality software and to nurture and promote professionalism in those who engage in these pursuits.
